Not to be missed

The Salt Warehouses, in the middle of the old-town centre, recall the fascinating work of the saltpan workers. Built in the 17th century to contain large quantities of the town’s major asset - salt.

Good Food

Cervia continues to produce top quality whole salt, even today. This has special intrinsic characteristics, being free from additives and corrective substances. Rich in minerals, it is one of the best salts currently on the market.

Sport&Nature

One can practice every kind of sport in Cervia and enjoy nature, discovering unique environments, such as the saltpan. The saltpans provide a series of different itineraries for visitors, from historical to nature routes. Part of the “Camillone” saltpan is the only place where salt is still collected in the oldfashioned way.
