Bagno di Romagna and its Spa

The health that springs from “being well”

Bagno di Romagna is a spa and tourist town in the Tuscan-Romagna Apennines, surrounded by the “National Park of the Casentino Forests, Mount Falterona and Campigna”: while strolling through the village or chatting in one of its coffee shops, breathe in the “Park Air”, which has a balsamic effect due to the proximity of the forests and is as pure as the water that flows down to quench the Romagna coast. Having become synonymous with that “being well” that responds to the modern concept of “health”, Bagno di Romagna is the ideal place to get back into shape and spend an active, relaxing holiday. The territory is varied, well preserved, stimulating, rich in history, art, mountains and forests for peaceful walks or those with a passion for trekking, as well as abandoned valleys and lakes. Your stay is guaranteed by comfortable hotels, farms, holiday farms, residences and a variety of gastronomic proposals. This is why the Touring Club has awarded Bagno di Romagna the prestigious “Orange Flag”, a sign of excellent tourist and environmental quality.

Good Food

The traditional cuisine of Romagna blends with that of the neighbouring Marches and Tuscany, giving life to really tasty cuisine, rich in flavours (homemade pasta and cakes, mushrooms, truffles, chestnuts, raviggiolo cheese, honey...), proposed in the numerous, greatly appreciated holiday farms, inns and restaurants in the area.

Angling enthusiasts can choose from three different fishing lakes in the area, Acquapartita, Lago dei Pontini and Lago Lungo, ideal for picnics and outdoor activities.
