Processing of data connected to the web services of this site takes place at the offices of the Thermal Product Union Association and are only handled by the expert personnel of the office entrusted with data processing or by those entrusted with periodical maintenance operations. PROCESSING METHOD

All personal data is processed using automated tools for the period of time strictly necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected. Specific security measures are complied with in order to prevent the loss of data or its illicit or incorrect use and unauthorised access.

RIGHTS OF THE INTERESTED PARTY

The subjects the personal data refers to have the right, at any time, to obtain confirmation of the existence or otherwise of the aforementioned data and to know its content and origin, check its correctness and request integrations, updates or corrections (Art. 7 of Legislative Decree no. 196/2003). In compliance with the same article, the interested party has the right to request the cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of any data processed in breach of the law, as well as to object in any case and for legitimate reasons to its processing. Requests should be made directly to the Thermal Product Union Association.
